- Lost & Found reports: Pet descriptions, photos, contact details, location data (last seen area), reward information when you report lost or found pets
- Organization data: For vets, NGOs, groomers, and pet care providers — business name, address, services offered, pricing, working hours, verification documents
- Communications: Messages sent via our contact form, support inquiries, and feedback

- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
- Location data: Approximate location derived from IP or precise location when you enable it for lost & found or directory search
